Zack Tumlin was an environmental law student at the University of Georgia in Athens. His research interests were primarily focused on the tri-state water rights litigation pending between the states of Georgia, Florida and Alabama. Mr. Tumlin's main focus with the EFC concerned the billing practices within Georgia's utility companies. He holds a B.S. in Pre-Law from North Georgia College and State University, a J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law, and an Master's degree from the University of Georgia where he studied sports law and management.
