Invited by the Water Allocation Committee of the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission to present an overview of regionalization of water/wastewater systems in North Carolina. The presentation will provide an overview of regional water systems across the state and country, with consideration of the pros and cons of such regionalization. Addressed questions from the Commissioners about systems in North Carolina.
