Tuesday, October 13, 2020. 2:00pm – 3:30pm ET.
Tracking and assessing the financial performance of the water and wastewater fund and setting financial targets are critical before making decisions that affect utility finance in the future. In this session, benchmarking of financial performance and making appropriate comparisons of rates will be explained, including a demonstration of how to use the Georgia Water and Wastewater Rates Dashboard. The session will provide information and strategies in setting financial targets to better guide financial decision-making ahead of setting rates.
