Building a Financially Resilient Utility

The Lumber River Council of Government in North Carolina hosted an EFC presentation to utility managers and board members on building a financially resilient water and wastewater utility. Shadi Eskaf presented on the basics of Enterprise Fund management, strategies to ensure resilience, and on the newly-created Viable Utilities Program of the state of North Carolina.
