One of three trainings for Georgia water and wastewater utilities between October 13 - 15, 2020. View the other two here and here.
Thursday, October 15, 2020. 2:00pm-3:00pm
When your water utility board and your customers understand the work you do and the needs of the water system, you are better able to provide high-quality water service to your community. In this session, you will discover a few new strategies and tools to improve communication with your board so that they can make sound, well-informed decisions for the water utility, as well as strategies to explain to your customers about the need to raise rates when necessary.
