Session description:

In this presentation you will be provided with an overview of what information they have (and don’t have) on disconnection practices for non-payment and provide a few case studies on how different utilities deal with non-payment and disconnections. Also covered will be preliminary results and analysis from a survey for WASWD members regarding disconnection practices and will provide information about some alternatives to non-payment, including the use of flow restrictors.
