Utility on-bill programs are gaining momentum in the Southeast and many utilities are considering the use of this innovative finance mechanism to encourage investment in energy efficiency improvements. In this webinar, Heather Braithwaite from Harcourt Brown & Carey, and the Southeast Energy Efficiency Finance Network explored the key decision points that utilities need to consider when creating an on-bill program. Participants learned about this important financing tool and gained insight from programs that are successfully up and running.
