NCRWA May Conference – Regionalization: Options and Funding Opportunities

In this session, the UNC EFC will cover the different options and strategies for regionalization in NC, ranging from shared services and regional utility provision to full mergers and consolidations. Additionally, the UNC EFC will discuss current state-level funding opportunities to explore regionalization for your utility, and basic strategies for approaching interlocal agreements which cover regionalization.
