Project Analyst
Emma Copenhaver joined the EFC in December 2022. A recent UNC alum, she graduated in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Chemistry. As a student, she focused her coursework on technical writing and skills, with an emphasis on user-centered documentation, programming, and data entry. As a Project Analyst at the EFC, she works on various projects to help communities across NC and the US. When she’s not at the EFC, she loves trying new recipes in the kitchen, crocheting, watching movies, and thrifting.
