The EFC at UNC was asked to assist three towns in North Carolina in analyzing the usage and expenditure trends of residential electric customers. The objective of this analysis is to collect and analyze residential customer electricity rates, usage, expenditure, and property data in order to identify the need and size of the market for energy efficiency initiatives.
