What is technical assistance?

The Environmental Finance Center at UNC-CH offers free one-on-one technical assistance for systems providing drinking water and wastewater services to up to 10,000 people in EPA Region 4 (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee).

*Please note if you are outside of Region 4, we may be able to refer you to another technical assistance provider.
