Director of Communications and Business Operations
Lexi worked for the EFC from 2013-2018, first as Outreach Coordinator and most recently as Director of Communications and Business Operations. In that role, Lexi coordinated communications and outreach for the EFC, helping to ensure that all of EFC’s services and resources are available to those seeking guidance in environmental finance. She maintained the EFC’s website and blog and coordinates workshops and other events. In addition, Lexi supported development and implementation of processes, procedures, and systems that contributed to successful business operations of the EFC. Lexi joined the EFC at UNC after completing her Master’s degree in Environmental Management at Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment. At Duke, Lexi focused on environmental communication and education, and she holds a certificate in community-based environmental management.
Lexi still works closely with the EFC in her role as Director of Grant Administration and Financial Analysis for the School of Government, the institutional home of the EFC.
