Project Manager
Alicia James began working as a Project Director at the EFC at UNC in September 2023. Her experience includes program administration, policy, community participation, and public finance. Throughout her career, Alicia has led program and policy efforts to strengthen diverse community collaboration networks and increase economic opportunities in underserved communities. Alicia graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a BA in English and a Master’s in Public Administration.
