Anna Patterson Joined the EFC as a Project Director in June 2022. She is focusing her work on helping communities and water utilities improve their environmental health and financial resilience. She brings experience in stormwater management for a water/wastewater utility, municipal planning, and university-level project administration to the EFC. She received her M.A. in Applied Geography from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2015. She spends her free time sewing and hiking with her husband and dogs.
