Tenika McMillan is the Acting Assistant Director at the UNC Environmental Finance Center (UNC EFC). Tenika Assists in developing and implementing departmental plans and goals as well as overseeing staffing responsibilities and management of projects.
Before working at the UNC EFC, Tenika was employed at the UNC System Office, where she was the project manager of several key projects funded by the federal and state governments for the UNC System. This experience was crucial to her journey, shaping her understanding and passion for project management.
