Missouri PSC and Smart Management for Small Water Systems dual logoThis interactive dashboard is designed to assist utility managers and local officials with benchmarking residential water rates against multiple attributes, including financial performance, system characteristics, customer base socioeconomic conditions, and geography. Water rates and financial performance data for utilities that are regulated by the Missouri Public Service Commission were provided for this dashboard by the PSC. The EFC visualized the data on the dashboard as a resource for utilities as part of the Environmental Finance Center Network’s Smart Management for Small Water Systems project funded under a cooperative agreement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to develop trainings and resources to small water systems in every state. The dashboard displays water rates as of July 2018 in 58 service areas of regulated water utilities.
