This article details the results of the survey of water and wastewater rates and rate structures conducted by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) and the Environmental Finance Center (EFC) in 2012. Rates and rate structures are analyzed for public water and sewer utilities throughout Georgia.
