EFC Project Director Anna Patterson will present Stormwater 101 to the Seekonk, MA, Board of Selectmen. The presentation will cover the basics of stormwater management and the processes and procedures the EFC follows in providing assistance to local communities and governmental organizations. It will also include information on successful New England stormwater programs.
