AWWA-HI Pacific Water Conference

Participants attended a session presented by Erin Riggs, Executive Director of the UNC EFC entitled “Smart Benchmarking, Water Rates Dashboard.” This session provided information on financial benchmarks that can be used to gauge the health of a utility, as well as an overview of the water rates dashboard, which provides useful comparisons of rates and these financial benchmarks across utilities.
